With features like mobile pay and BINGO, Starbucks has created a unique and engaging loyalty program that drives major sales for the globally iconic coffee chain. Don’t believe us? According to QSR Magazine, “Starbucks is seeing 11 percent of its sales from mobile order and pay, and 14.2 million Starbucks Rewards members accounting for 37 percent of U.S. company-operated sales”. One more week until GDPR
The clock is ticking...at the time of publishing this post only seven days remain before the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) goes into effect. The GDPR is a new EU data protection law which comes into effect at the end May. The law impacts companies who collect, use and process personal data of EU citizens. This includes any company with an EU customer base or a global company with an EU footprint. Some key features of the law are enhanced consumer rights of data access, deletion and processing restrictions. Need some help achieving compliance?
